Location
Vysoké Mýto is situated about 150 km east of Prague and is one of the oldest and most significant cities in the Pardubice region. The city lies at an altitude of 289 m a.s.l. It is located at the mouth of the Mill Stream and the Loučná (Medow) River which is a left tributary of the Elbe. The railway line from Chocen to Litomyšl passes through the city and the frequented 35/1 road cuts through.
